KEPPU Union Officials Election - Voting Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:

Voting is open to all registered KEPPU members in good standing.
Only individuals with valid union credentials will be allowed to vote.
Voting Submissions:

Each user is allowed 15 submissions for the entire voting period.
1 vote per submission per user for each official position.
Once a submission is cast for a specific position, it cannot be changed or retracted.
Voting Reset:

Voting submissions reset annually, allowing members to participate in future elections or votes.
The reset will take place one year after the initial voting submission.
Duplicate Votes:

Duplicate submissions for the same position within a voting period are not permitted.
If detected, duplicate votes will be discarded.
IP Address and Cookies:

Voting submissions will be tracked using IP address and browser cookies to prevent multiple submissions from the same user.
Voters should use the same device and browser for consistent tracking throughout the voting period.
Proxy votes or voting using VPNs to mask location or identity is strictly prohibited.
Voting Privacy:

Voter information will remain confidential and will only be used for the purpose of verifying eligibility and counting votes.
The union guarantees the privacy and security of all voting data.
Suspicious Activity:

The election committee reserves the right to investigate and void any votes suspected of fraud or manipulation.
In cases where suspicious activity is detected (e.g., multiple votes from the same IP), votes will be reviewed and may be removed.
Election Results:

The results will be published after the voting period has concluded and all votes have been verified.
Any disputes related to the voting process should be directed to the election committee within 7 days of results being announced.
These conditions ensure fair participation, transparency, and a structured voting process for the KEPPU union elections.
